Don’t go it alone. Gathering regularly with a small group of people with similar challenges to exchange ideas, provide support, and learn together is the best cure for the solitary struggle to perform, learn, and thrive as a leader.

Program Structure
We gather on Zoom for a two-hour meeting once per month.
Groups are carefully composed to bring together people with related concerns and a variety of backgrounds and experiences to generate maximum interest and rich sharing of perspectives. In most cases, groups are limited to no more than 7 members in order to ensure that everyone can share, learn, and contribute.
Group sessions are led by Monique, an experienced executive coach, facilitator, and leadership professor. Sessions are carefully designed and facilitated to be engaging, build trust, and ensure that everyone has the opportunity to learn and contribute.
If you enroll at the Premium or Executive level, you will have individual coaching sessions scheduled at your convenience in parallel with group meetings.
What happens during a group session?
Each session begins with an opening welcome activity to help members be present and take full advantage of the session. A warm-up or icebreaker invites each person to check in and connect with their fellow members.
The main part of the session is devoted to a structured peer coaching methodology in which a member briefly presents a challenge they are facing, followed by discussion by the others of what the challenge presented evokes for them. This method facilitates multi-perspective discussion of the challenge and provokes new and valuable insights. Time is carefully managed by the facilitator to enable the discussion of multiple cases.
Based upon member needs and interests, sessions may alternatively include a brief presentation from Monique on a topic of shared interest to provide a basis for discussion of how each member is handling that issue in their own context and group coaching to build their skills in that area. Another technique we use on occasion is to have a member volunteer for laser coaching by Monique on a particular challenge they are facing, followed by group discussion of the challenge.
Each session includes mechanisms for reflection, harvesting learning, and formulating actions for which members wish to be accountable.
We close our meetings with a ritual that strengthens our connection to the group and sends members off with motivation to put their learning into action.
